Delivery
All items at Shelby's are typically delivered using the globally trusted ePacket service.This means you can expect to receive your items after they have been dispatched within 7-10 working days. The vast majority of items come with a tracking number which means you can monitor the progress of your order online. For items that are dispatched directly from our supplier abroad, total dispatch and delivery time can take up to 20 working days.
Returns
If you are facing any issue with your order, you can report a problem to us or ask for the refund. Contact us at hello@shelbys.co.nz.
Refunds are being issued for the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The order went missing. (delivery tracking evidence needed)
